Bladder training is a great method to cure incontinence. The patient should regularly urinate whether there is a need or not. This will prevent unnecessary leakages. If a patient is experiencing stress incontinence, then he or she should do Kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles. Panty liners can also be used to prevent leakages.
